In the past month, my log files have gone well over 150MB, and after compressing them with WinRAR to their own seperate archives on the Best compression setting, I got them down to 4MB.
A nice feature to see would be an option to automatically compress the log file after that day has passed and a new file is being used.
Since different people have different preferences, perhaps the hMailServer Administrator program could take a query string (winrar -r {logfile} -c -b9) so we could swap out compression agents. If not, we'd need to find the highest compression utility that could be used for free. 7zip, perhaps?

I know this is an OLD topic but I would like to see this implemented or at the very least add the last months logs to a new directory to make archiving and compressing easier.
