Web-based administration ?

The features list mention "Web-based administration" but I can not find any http server on my ports ...

Using the latest (3.2) on win2k, using MySQL server (external)

you'll have to install one (such as apache) and then maybe set up a virtual server and include the phpwebadmin folder under the hmailserver folder as your document root...
