Outlook SMTP slow

Outlook SMTP slow

I have an employee in India and he is using Outloo 2007. For him sending emails are getting delayed. He is able to send emails from sitting in outbox for a while then it is processing. How can be resolved?

In outlook there is a timeout setting in the advanced Account settings page...

I normally set that to maximum (10 minutes)

We did it. It behaving same thing. Nothing changed emails sits in outbox for few mins and then go. Initially I thought it is ISP SMTP issue. But not it is allowing to send email. What could be wrong.

Please enable logging in hMailserver.

Recreate the problem, and wait until you get the error, and then post all logs created
