Not sure what you question is.. I simply implement the features that most people want. I don't spend much time deciding myself what features the servers should have - I just follow the votes. I'm sure that if you just wait, people will vote for your idéa and I'll prioritize it.

I like the idéa myself, but if I simply implemented all features that I like, without listening to other people, I'm pretty sure hMailServer wouldn't have any users today.

This feature differs very much from normal DNS-BL lists. It's more complicated to implement, requires a lot more CPU resources, consumes more memory and more bandwidth..
