SMTP relayer

Hi all,

Is there a way to write a "run function" (Action) for a particular account's rule for "not using the defined SMTP relayer" while sending out but rather "using hMailserver SMTP itself" ?

Example

Critera -> "From" equals to "Value" (Value = some email address)
Action (Run function) -> use local SMTP instead of defined SMTP relayer

Cheers,
Stéphane

The opposite is possible, but not that way round

You could use SMTP route, but that would require another machine to do the sending

Or possibly run a different relay (i.e. MS-SMTP) on the same machine on a custom port and use a route to forward to that MTA, and then use MX lookup for next-hop.

Thanks for your comments gents.

I ended setting up a second SMTP server on another internal server (Windows Server 2012 r2 Virtual SMTP service).
But not working.. DNS problem I guess.. grrr

Are you forwarding from 1st to 2nd server?
