I already took backup of all emails for all users. Now I am trying to cleanup database mail IDs and file storage on server level for each user/All users that way I don't need to increase their size every time. I would like to run script from "From date" to "To Date" archive/delete all users emails.
Please suggest me.
Any script for delete messages from server (physical files and DB entries)?

Scroll down for the emailclearup.vbs script.
State the folders you want to clear and the detention period in days. It will then look in those folders and delete anything older.
