There's no built-in functionality for that.

The best way to proceed depends largely on why you need it and what you need it for. Some companies use large archive systems for that purpose, other just takes copies of raw email messages (using hMailServer scripts) and archives them as files in the file system.

Hello RONT, I made the following to do this:

- Activated Mirroring in HMS to Mirror@MyDomain.com.
- Use Outlook to receive the emails from Mirror@MyDomain.com.
- Create a new inbound-rule in Outlook like: Emails from Mirror@MyDomain.com saved in a Folder called Mirror.
- Create a new pst-file on your server.
- Activate the auto-archiving-feature in Outlook and save the folder Mirror to the pst-file.
- Dont foget to set a password on the pst-file!

Regards :)

mailarchive maybe.

i looked at this some time ago and it seemed ok.
it acts as a smtp receptptor and uses hmailserver mirror option quite nicely.

just a suggestion.
