OK i just want to say that i am an idiot i changed the paths just like it said and followed the directions to the letter EXCEPT for one small detail:
  I FORGOT TO COPY THE CONFIG into the phpwebadmin folder.
then i got another error:
this error was related to being able to find a folder for smarty, another pathing error said it couldnt find the path to the folder template_c
what i did was just create the folder template_c under the phpwebadmin directory and it came up and everything is working correctly now.
Thank YOU so much for your help and quick response.
Without you i wouldnt have figured out the pathing problems annd been able to fix those myself :D
Your the best.
