I've looked at and verified that the "Check host in the HELO command" is NOT enabled. It never has been. What else can be causing this problem.
Also, I'm curious to know why this one is an 'invalid address.' I'm not sure what it's looking for there...

Did a dnsreport for motoman.com and MX pieces looked fine.
