Undeliverable : Your message did not reach some or all

Trying to send out a newsletter to 700 recipients. Getting this email bouncing back from the hmailserver... Has anyone had any luck sending this many emails from outlook using the BCC field with 700 recipients in it?

Subj: Undeliverable

Body: Your message did not reach some or all of the intendended recipients

Nassausky,
I have Outlook 98 users that report 'if one or more errors exist (email address spelled wrong, or not valid email address),' then the server will produce this message and list all 700 recipients in the return email.

To all: Is this a known issue?

I thought for a moment it might be a limitation in outlook or the hmailserver or maybe even a setting to increase maximum allowed emails. I'll be surprised if it doesnt send to the rest of the recipients if a single email address is wrong.

Does it really just say Your message did not reach some or all of the intendended recipients? Doesn't it give a description of the problem?
