What is it means? How to fix critical error?

If you only had the one, don't stress - it is likely caused by something else on your system rather than hMailsevrer
eg antivirus or power outage


hMailserevr should re-start when that happens, and will keep a maximum of 10 mini-dumps

If you constantly have 10 mini-dumps and they are all recent, then lets invetstige

sorry i dont read fluently/understand dump files.... but..

is there a specific timing it dumps, is it comparable to any other service running at the same time ( backups, scanning, defrag, any other backoffice process )
have you disabled antivirus checks in you hmailserver directory, its DATA dir and any other directory related to the hmailserver software ?

you arent running other services that might start up and steal any of the ports required bu hmailserver ( smtpservice in iis , and so on.. )

Anti-virus does not run during this time.
One webbased application runs at 6AM. It sends newsletters to subscribers via email. This application is running for last many months at the same time however, dump files are created in last 12 days. I am not sure if this the culprit?
I do not see any other process or applications running at the same time.

so something might bump heads at 6AM, is hmail doing anything particular at 6AM ( mail backup ? )
the webbased app is using what way to send email ? ( how is it sending ? )
or is it something inside the newsletter that hmailserver might react on ..

even though you crash at 6AM with dump file .. you could put on debug logging and perhaps see something in the log before it takes the plunge into dark hole.. amd check your webapp log.. and your microsoft server log..

There is a backup, or a SQL server shutdown/reboot or perhaps a message from a device (logs) being received that is malformed

Can't it be something with your webbappmail that you said in your other thread that add messages direct to the database. (Direct manipulation whit database is not supported)
