while testing the email server i found when i tried to email from outside like from gmail i will always get this email bounced back with the message

550 5.1.1 <findme@corruptedkingdom.pw> User unknown

even tho that is a valid email that i can log into

it can send emails out
and locally it works perfect
i just can't get emails from out side

when i setup a second domain with just the ip of the box it was able to receive emails from outside
i have no clue what the problem could be i pass everything in diagnostics
and from the smtp server tests i have done it seems to be fully valid

please any help would go miles
~thanks

Check your dns records for the domain. That error is not from hmailserver. Your email has gone to a different mail server.

the DNS report is reporting the ip of the server

but mx is saying mx.zoho.com

DNS for corruptedkingdom.pw reports and MX record, but the glue A record is missing:

corruptedkingdom.pw MX preference = 1, mail exchanger = corruptedkingdom.pw

Change your mail exchanger to mail.corruptedkingdom.pw, set the priority to 10, and add an A record for mail.corruptedkingdom.pw pointing to your IP address. Use mail.corruptedkingdom.pw as your hMailServer hostname.
