I got the message on the logs.

550 Delivery is not allowed to this address.

I looked at the forum for answers but just didn't apply to my scenario.

My scenario was I have a two domains. when email sent from office365 to my domain hosted by hmail I was getting this 550 message and emails were not being delivered to the domain I had hmailserver.

I added some of the O365 address ips to a ip ranges and still didn't work. Puzzled ....

I also had an internal route for the office365 domain to send to our local gateway. Here is were the problem was.

Under Settings->protocols->SMTP->routes->o365domain. I had it as shown below.

"When sender matches route, treat sender as "

* "A local email address" was selected. Instead I changed it to "A remote email address"

I initially had it such that the internal emails from applications that send out emails might be using this domain so had it initially configured it differently.

Anyway, it is working now. :)
