Can you enable all logging, try and send to your gmail/hotmail/yahoo etc account, wait 90 seconds and then post all logs created.

I suspect that the SMTP relayer doesn't work without username and password details

That section of logging does not relate to incoming email. Incoming mail will connect with SMTPD entries. Recheck.

If there are no connections when sending in then they are not teaching your server. Check firewall and inbound routing of port 25. Check external mx records point to your address.

Your mx record points to

hillbilly.com. 3600 MX 10 park-mx.above.com.

I don't think that is your hMailserver?
Looking at the greeting in your internal diagnostics, that isn't a hMailserver greeting.
looks like a GoLang server response

Your incoming mail will ALWAYS be sent to the MX record

To be honest, I'm not sure that you meet the technical requirements to run a mailserver

shown at the bottom of this page
https://www.hmailserver.com/documentati ... quirements

It's not in the greater interest to have someone running a mail server from a VPS that they can turn on and off, with really bad DNS records. If that same server is managed by someone who doesn't understand the technical bits then sooner or later the spammers will get a hold of it (if you're not intending to spam yourself)

If you really need this, then you should PAY someone physically close to you to help you with the technical bits
