adding virus scan signature

new to hmailserver, how do i go about adding the virus scanned to sent and received emails

Which Anti virus scanning software are you using?

And how does ESET set message headers, or modify messages to say that mail is successfully scanned?

and return value=50
to external virus scanner
as said by information found on forums
the log is working

Perhaps you should check with ESET on how their product works if you are unsure

This hasn't come up in many years, and suspect that IMON is no longer a part of ESET.

I can't see that they offer to write new mail headers or to change message content in any way

yah, thanks for your help looking into it, its not a big issue just thinking peace of mind for some users
