New Email Accounts Not Working

Help!

I have an existing hMail server I've been running for years with little to no problems. I recently moved to a new server and it's running fine. However any time I add a new email account or alias or group. It adds fine in the admin tool but when I attempt to send to that account from outside hmail is claiming the account doesn't exist. All pre-existing accounts work perfectly.

Anything I should be looking for that may be a post-move issue?

Is what enabled? The server has been running for years. I moved it about 6 months ago and this was my first time attempting to add a domain or email.

And do you have the dns records setup for the new domain?

Yes it is but that doesn't matter. Adding *any* email accounts or aliases to *any* domain fail to work. Meaning if I add a new email or alias to a pre-existing (and perfectly working) domain, it fails.

Make sure that you include logs and screen shots detailing the new account that is created and then failure of it to receive email.

Adding new accounts and domains is such a common task, and many of us test as we add new accounts.

I've never seen nor heard of a situation where new domains accounts don't work once activated
