Hi folks.
I'm looking for a solution to have an advanced auto responder in terms of sending auto replies based on date and time (like you have reached us outside business hours etc...) So every incoming email that hits the server from 4pm-8am and weekends will get auto reply.
I know this (unless scripting) is not possible using rules, and AFAIK reply rules will not bind replies to specific IP, which makes replies go to spam as those comes from different IP. This is for setups with multiple domains on different IPs. We're been discussion this in another post and report it as a bug, but I don't think it was fixed by now.
So any solution, maybe other autoresponder software running along HMS? And ideas?
Thank you
Br,
Dali

Re: advanced autoresponder
How are you doing that again?
Please provide a link to the other post
Here's a similar discussion that was solved using rules and regex >> viewtopic.php?t=25293#p153262
Just 'cause I link to a page and say little else doesn't mean I am not being nice.

Re: advanced autoresponder
Few other links about the acount reply rule problem. Autoreply does work good., but not reply rule.

Re: advanced autoresponder
Hi.
Just did the test again with latest beta Version 5.6.8 - Build 2431 (2018-03-27)
Still the same, issue hasn't been touched.
To summarize again:
Account Audoreply is OK, contains DKIM.
Account Reply Rule is not OK, doesn't contain DKIM.
Most likely all reply rule emails will hit spam.
Thank you

Re: advanced autoresponder
Yes, no DKIM signing of replies is a known bug from 2 years ago

It is scheduled to be fixed in 5.7, but I can't see that the fix has happened as yet.
If you have a test machine you could try it and see

Login with your forum user details, look for artifacts in the 5.7 section.

Thank you for reply.
My forum user details doesn't let me login https://build.hmailserver.com/.
I don't have testing server so I would not be able to test it. I guess I will wait for 5.7 beta release and try it then.
Thank you

Re: advanced autoresponder
I think you can also log in a 'guest' with no password
