Reload root directory files

Post by kevin@wine.co.za » 2013-09-12 16:49

Is it possible to only reload the root data directory files into the database ( using DataDirectorySynchronizer ) / re-queue files in the root data folder

I have had to manually remove a whole load of spam files and clean up the hm_messages table
But now I have 1000+ legitimate looking emails in my root folder that I need to get into the queue

Any ideas ?
Thanks

Thanks - But how do I do this ONLY on the root folder , so that it does not screw up all the client folders

you can't. If the eml files are in the data folder then they will get delivered (to local addresses only) and be in the users inbox with unread status.

If the files are in the root data directory, simply restarting hMailserver service should cause them all to be picked up
Just 'cause I link to a page and say little else doesn't mean I am not being nice.
