Should I config hmail to allow relay or not? I read somewhere that if allowing relay, mails can be consider as spamming???
please advice

In almost all cases, you should leave the default relaying options (in the IP ranges). If you open up for relaying so that anyone can relay through your server, people will start to use your server to send spam and your server will become blacklisted. When it's blacklisted, you won't be able to send legitime email to people that is using the blacklist.

I played with this and got blacklisted 10 minutes later!!!!

Apache 1.3.33 PHP Version 4.4 hMailServer 4.1-B136 OS : Win XP SP2 AV : ClamAV 0.86.1
