Unable to access any mailbox via webmail - Error found

Hello All,
This morning when I came to the office I found that a couple of my accounts arent able to access webmail, well...kinda.
Once I log in, the counter shows up (Email counter that loads all emails upon entry) and it wont get past a particular number. It seems to me that an email is corrupted, but I just cant seem to be able to find which one.

Also, I do get an error:
Internal Server Error. Please, contact your system administrator in order to report the problem.
which is very generic, Could someone please direct me in the right direction?

Do you have all logging enabled?

Have you followed the troubleshooting docs?

If your webmail is in PHP, then you hit PHP memory limit in those emails.

I am currently using AfterLogic WebMail Lite.
I do logging enabled on the server itself, but I cannot find anything related to webmail since the application is separate from HMail.

I am currently using AfterLogic WebMail Lite.

It can be in ASP or in PHP. Two different scripting engines. Two different ways of debugging it.
