Have you set up a SPF record for your domain? If so, what is it?

I have an SPF record.
If at first you don't succeed, bomb disposal probably isn't for you! ヅ

I do, and so do ~20 other domains I've set up. I know it's still debated by some, but for the < 5 minutes it takes to configure (in most cases) it seems silly not to when it can easily help identify a forged FROM domain.
