Hi,
I have added:
*@domain_to_let_through.com
low: 0.0.0.0
high: 255.255.255.255
to the whitelist.
The user@domain_to_let_through.com are still receiving this:
X-hMailServer-Spam: YES
X-hMailServer-Reason: The host name specified in HELO does not match IP address.

Does the Whitelist not bypass the enabled
Check Host in the Helo Command also?

Whitelist Clarification
Whitelist
Hi,
Does the Whitelist not bypass the enabled
Check Host in the Helo Command also?
Thats all I need to know because it doesn't seem to be working
if White Listing bypasses all spam checks.
The person's emails are getting through, are marked as spam because I am not deleting them and I am getting this as the reason:
X-hMailServer-Spam: YES
X-hMailServer-Reason: The host name specified in HELO does not match IP address.
So if "Check Host in the Helo Command" is enabled, is it still checked if the person is in the Whitelist.
*@thedomain.com - I'm assuming stars are usable in the Whitelist.

The white listing affects the "Check host in the helo command" spam test as well. An email from a white listed sender will not be treated as spam, even if the host in the helo command does not match the IP address.

Of some reason I doubt that. That's why I gave a hint in my previous response..Thats all I need to know
