550 Denied by Policy

550 Denied by Policy

Hi,

wonder if anyone might be able to help me. I got the following error message from Hmailserver's mailer-daemon.

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

someone@somedomain.com.au
Error Type: SMTP
Remote server (IP address) issued an error.
hMailServer sent: .
Remote server replied: 550 Denied by policy.

What happen was i was trying to send an email with attachment of 15MB. Don't think this is to do with the size of email allowed to be sent thru. I haven't set any limit to it. It should be set whatever set by default.

Remote server replied: 550 Denied by policy.
You will need to contact the admin of the other server to find out why it was rejected.
