The user does not see in outlook the email caught in spam, and they are visible in roundcube web interface. If you move into the web interface rouncube from spam to the Inbox, then the user in outlook receives the email. How to fix so that emails caught in spam, and visible in Web interface roundcube was visible also in Junk in outlook?

The user does not see in outlook the email caught in spam
Re: The user does not see in outlook the email caught in spam
The user use POP3 and that only fetch mail from INBOX folder.
Also you must have a rule that moves spam to spam folder.
If you delete this or add a new user rule that move it back to the INBOX folder.

Best is like SorenR says, configure outlook to IMAP.
POP3 can NOT fetch folders, only mail from the INBOX!00_00 wrote:Outlook is configured for POP3 mail in IMAP Junk folder was transferred are not displayed.

Re: The user does not see in outlook the email caught in spam
I do not have to reconfigure outlook to IMAP otherwise you will break the whole folder structure and it will be very bad.tunis wrote:Best is like SorenR says, configure outlook to IMAP.

I have copies of spam emails moved to IMAP folder, move to Inbox POP3. How to do it?
Re: The user does not see in outlook the email caught in spam
If it is a single user just add a rule on that account in hmailserver.00_00 wrote:I do not have to reconfigure outlook to IMAP otherwise you will break the whole folder structure and it will be very bad.tunis wrote:Best is like SorenR says, configure outlook to IMAP.

If x-hMailServer-Spam = YES move to INBOX
Then add a rule in Outlook to move it to Junk.

if you don't want the mail in the junk folder, then don't move it there in the first place00_00 wrote:I do not have to reconfigure outlook to IMAP otherwise you will break the whole folder structure and it will be very bad.
