Fix-Script: ReRegister hMailServer's Registry entries

Post by Dravion » 2018-12-18 11:18

If you see this Error while using hMailAdmin
error_reg.jpg
you can use this script to fix the Error

This will ReRegister hMailServer 32-Bit (official Version) Registry entries to setup defaults

Usage:
1) Download the attached hmsreg.zip file and unpack it
2) Rightclick hmsreg.bat and run "As Administrator" and wait until repair is done

Now you should be able again to use hMailAdmin again and login into hMailServer as Admin.

Updated version - Use this

The Script needs Windwos Admin permissions.
If you doubleclick it without Admin permissions it will raise a UAC Confirm Dialog.

Diffrence between the first version.

The first version simply reregistered the hMailServer COM Object, but this version now first unregister if something is still registred and reregister it
after unregistration.
