First thing I've noticed after migrating to this mail server is that I can't add a description to users and there's no way to identify their owners in Accounts list.
I'm not talking about Firstname and Lastname fields, this could be a list of companies. We don't need 3-5 separate fields to cover names, companies, purposes, etc. Description field alone would be enough to cover all of these cases.
Why we need it?
Better list searching.
You'll see who is the owner of this account or what is the purpose of it.
This is an information field. It will be used only in the Accounts list.
Sorry if it was asked before. Searching for "description field" gave me too many results.
