Yes.

But every user will have a seperate folders for the incoming mails. Inorder to save the sent mails though you will have to write a script using your IMAP, and for sure you can save the mail to any folder you want.

Backup with hMailServer is very easy and getting more and more easy :)

I think current script documentation is compact and good for starting. Once you get into it object oriented API blows you away :) Further questions can be asked in the forum or found already in the user contributed scripts subforum I'd suggest to start a third party documentation. Hello lalaice;

hMailServer Version 5 has unicode support. (Just in case) You may want to try the latest alpha or wait for the release.
However V5 won't have open source code.

Hmm you maybe right, but assuming you are structured documentation in DB or in a text file, reading from these files writing to a hMailServer templated .doc file and then converting to pdf would end with chic pdf documents.

Actually I would agree with mattg because "How To" section, especially when you are new at forum, drives you to ask questions like "How to do something with hMail"
+ maybe a short but helpfull read me first text can be shown when a user registered.

You can simply adjust the RGB code in grey scale as folows:

#RRGGBB
if you keep RR=GG=BB then you will anyway have a grey color. For exanple #303030 is a really dark grey but #909090 is lighter and so on so forth...
