i understand that you already have access to a decent SMTP service.
i'd suggest you use it as your default SMTP relayer instead of Google. so you won't need to route anything.
about the other workaround i prefer to stay noncommittal. one of the mods may or may not offer other solutions.

a better option is to leave SA do the job. whitelist your 2 customers and score doc & xls extensions. google for "spamassassin mimeheader plugin" or make your own rule such as:

OP is not searching for a question mark you wrote in Subject or From, but the mail client when it encodes the message. these question marks are not available while rule processing. HMS first decodes (converts) all to human readable text before proceeding with rules.

There is no such thing like limiting multiple logon session per account in Windows (IIRC Novel Netware has this).
