i suppose existing mails means all mails already received. there is an excellent Thunderbird add-on "Mail Redirect". your customer can evaluate this (if not already a TB user) and transfer all existing mails to any other address at once + they will look as if they were sent directly to that address....

your regex looks good. have you run a "Test" in regex dialog of the rule? does it match?
BTW, your SA is weak. any "sunglasses" thing shouldn't pass so easy even a starter/medium trained SA bayes.
