please switch on logging including, smtp,tcp and debug

then send a mail from gmail to someone@ccd-arena.net

wait a minute and then check logs. If there is nothing in logs then gmail isn't reaching your mailserver. Maybe you have some ip-range blocked in hms settings or possibly by firewall.

although intodns says ptr record is OK, MXToolbox which does actual tests says it is not OK. Basically INTODNS doesn't do full checks and can't be trusted. Often its good enough for missing MX records but where you need actual smtp/imap/pop tests, it doesn't do them.

you do need an A record of

and you must have a PTR record for smtp.ccd-arena.net.

also above php ini directives are for the PHP mail() function. I'm not sure they have any affect on your phpmailer class which will be doing its own socket handling and calls but try it anyway.

And make sure your firewall allows PHP oubound and inbound on the ports you are using.

mail.falkon.in.ua

and assuming your email will be going via hmailserver on IP 188.231.165.51 then in your dns your spf record should be

falkon.in.ua IN TXT v=spf1 mx -all

will you only be sending email to interrnal mailservers which are also configured to listen on port 465? If not then how do you know that all servers you are trying to send mail to are configured to listeen on port 465. They won't be so SSL on port 465 won't work for the vast majority of recipients....

I would consider using MYSQL then(not the inbuilt version, install MySQL from Oracle and then use that). I don't know why its failing. Probably some permissions problem.

when you say completely removed do mean you have manually deleted the DB schema as well? If you haven't manually removed the DB schema the next install will fail.

methinks you can only have one instance of hmailserver running on one machine unless each is in its own virtual machine. There is only one port 25 and they can't share it.

And if hmailserver schema already exists install will fail unless its an upgrade on a correctly installed instance.
