Or you moved them to different folder that are not subscribed to on IOS/Android. Using different clients really messes up IMAP folders is my experience. For example you could have got one client using 'deleted items', the other 'trash' and for example outlook uses 'verwijderde items' (Dutch) for trash

That is weird and a bit harsh because not all home IP's are spammers, I pay my ISP quitte a bit to have a static home IP and to be allowed to run my own mailserver. As SpamDonkey scores me with the highest possible ranking i think it is useless for me... spamhaus at least has an option to get home ...

If I remember right i had to give dcom the right permission for the iis application pool the website is running under, eg: Iis appool/apppoolname

Example:
iis apppool/defaultapppool

Iisuser permission, that was for iis 6.x and before
Iusr permission is only for classic application pools I believe
