So when you simply rely on Avast to tag the header must you then use a filter to remove the email or does Avast strip the attachment on the port 25 traffic and pass the email? In Oulook, when viewing the account, under advanced, you can set the server timeout length. Set it to maximum.

The fact that this works for gmail for you is probably more about internet connection speed,
i'd guess to the third party server you are sending to.

Ah, OK.

If the e-mail has a particular attachment (say .pdf files) then you want to send to userpdf@domain.com.au. Is this correct?

With scripts is the answer.

Do you mean that this happens in your e-mail client? Which Client?

You should be able to sort by most fields within your e-mail client. Perhaps changing your 'view'.
