I really hate when a email service does that. I agree with others, your best bet would be contacting the team Microsoft. Although, it may take really long to get a solution unless you are lucky.

I really don't get it. What are they trying to achieve? Do they want to start a war with several countries or it's a try to start a world war? The people of north korea should wake up and say something against their stupid government.

Moving mail to JUNK folder is either done by a SCRIPT or RULE on hmailserver or it is by control of the emial client and/or AV/antispam on the client machine. If you know you do not have a script/rule on hmailserver then check the emial client/machine fo rits own junk filtering mechanisms. Thanks f...

I would recommend Fluxes, (https://fluxes.com). It's a free web based tool with lots of great features. Anyone with common sense can use all the features. This is the best free project management tool available out there.
