Actually hMailServer allow SMTP to be configured to ONLY send mail to Santa via IP over Avian Carriers as defined by Bergen Linux user group using their gateway. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IP_over_Avian_Carriers Actually, I believe Aivan Carriers are more reliable than our USPS Mail Carrier. What Jimi means is that there is no bug where hmailserver/the documentation shows there is a limit of 1.5gb. Or 15gb or whatever it says. You must have an older version. To get around that limitation, upgrade hmailserver -or- use a backup script. My backup script (based on Jimi's): https://hmailserv...

That has to be a roundcube configuration error on your end. hMS/RC are lightning fast for me.
Your best bet is to ask in the roundcube forum.
However, if you post your config file (*** out any passwords), maybe someone will spot what's wrong.

The vpn clients are certainly capable of auth.
Looks like there's one device that possibly doesn't auth - 192.168.57.22. Could be a scanner or something.
Enable auth on everything possible or you will be sending spam (if you're not already) and will be blacklisted within a day or 2.

Re: How to configure hMailServer to delete a message after it is retrived?
I would like to force hMailServer to automatically delete a message right after it is downloaded by the receiver. I think running a handler script that looks at flags could do what you want. However, right after would mean as soon as the script runs looking for seen messages, run from task scheduler.
