Thanks Matt, I have NAT enabled on the box too, so the standard firewall is not in use - have fiddled with the settings though and turned all logging on.

SorenR, I would lay off the webserver logs, they can give you funny ideas.....

I arn't at my test machine at the moment, but will get you an answer over the weekend.

You should use the the message object that is passed from hmailserver to check the body, I can't remember it off the top of my head but will check it out on Saturday (as far as I can remember)

I have noticed in V4 that outlook express (when using IMAP) sets the recieved date of the message to the date it was pulled from the server to the local machine.

It didn't do this is V3.4 and is there any way for me to change this - I understand it is a outlook express only thing.

I have just checked somthing, and the server starts OK AND I CAN ACCESS IT USING TELNET (Even getting message counts, and sending a basic SMTP message too).

Just not being able to use the hmail admin and stuff.
