All the requirements here are inbound email downloads (IMAP/POP) where office365 does not have IMAP/POP enabled... OK lets make this really clear hMailserver can connect via POP3 for external download hMailserver can NOT connect for external download ANY OTHER WAY (includes no IMAP, no MAPI, NO MAP...

What is a "Mail Contact"? hMailServer has User accounts which are at the same time Email addresses.
