hMailServer source code do not have the combination string "554 Blocked" so if that is what you get it is NOT coming from hMailServer... 554 would either trigger the word "Rejected" or a longer sentence explaining why you are getting 554.

NDR's all come from mailer-daemon - Like almost any other mailserver on the Internet.

If reply is NOT a NDR then you are at the mercy of the mailadmin from "The other side". hMailServer don't care - it's just another email.
