Separate folder per email, why??

In hmailServer Inbox, each mail is placed in its separate folder (such as E2, C4, 88, 1C etc.). If I delete mail from Outlook, the mail is deleted from server but the folders remains. Also if I create a folder in Outlook, say named Trash, the same folder is created in hmailServer. But I dont see any...

Thanks to all. With the help of answers and of course the direction by jimimaseye I am finally able to install and run SpamAssasin and use it with hmailServer. What a relief, hope to get rid of all those spams.

Thanks a lot for reply. I finally deleted the account and then recreated on my mobile phone. Further I used 'Edit Folder' and 'Empty Account' in advance option of mail account. So far it is working OK.

So I used my EC2 Instance (The perticular remote machine I installled hMailServer) instead of LoadBalancer to configure Outlook account and finally I am done! Do you mean that the IP 54.225.152.127 should be open on 25 (SMTP),110(POP) and 143(IMAP)?
