Thanks Doom, I noticed that after I made the post. I had 65 messages in queue.

Not sure what was going on there, but these were messages that had come in but not yet delivered to users, and I couldn't get them released. I had to restart the server and then they were delivered.

Yes. After running the script I re-checked the hm_greylisting_triplets, and it still had rows where the "glsenderaddress " and the "glrecipientaddress" had the same email address.

What if you are listed as one of many TO recipients, or the CC recipient etc. Yes, but if my email address is in the TO or CC recipient, it wouldn't be in the From field. I wouldn't be sending myself an email from the same email address! The script would then not delete the email. I would recommend...

It always amazes me why people need email immediately. I'm sure they can get on with something else till the email comes through. Also setting a low retry rate on hMail will not help as it is the sending server that dictates when it retries. All that setting does is prevent spammers from sending tw...

OK, I have checked the logs, and there is no incoming connection from the user.
My guess is it didn't make it to the server, which possibly means a problem at the router end, but I have know idea what it could be! :(

Although you can set max account size, I think it would be a great idea to also be able to set the amount of accounts that can be created under each domain.
I guess my suggestions a mainly motivated by the fact I use HMS for hosting as well as personal.
