Certainly ensure 1.2 and 1.3 is ticked (if they are unticked they will never be used). Similarly if you untick the unsafe <=1.1 then it prevents the unsafe connections. Not a single email less than TLS1.2 received (by our O365 exchange) in 44k messages in this sampling. So disabling 1.1 and below for messages shouldnt pose any problems.

I ran mine at 3 for years and had next to no problems (most total scores are negative, 1.2 would be usual maximum of positive). Anything above 3 had good reason to be doubted (as is the example above). Marking it as spam (for review) is a caution.

It's very likely. However you can set am 'internal relay' equivalent in your local.cf to compensate.

I think your SPF and HELO tests will always fail whilst the receiving IP address is coming as 200.0.0.103. [SPAM] original subject

and not

[SPAM] [3.2] original subject

(note the extra spassassin score)

yep - Clamwin is 32bit so you use Clamd 32 bit - its nothing to do with Hmailserver.

You've made too many errors or changes to keep up. I know the setup works if followed as guided in the original post. Start again with fresh copies of the scripts.
