'run function' calls from a rule calls individual 'sub' scripts. The default subs are always called based on predefined condifions/events of a message communication.

Doubt it. More like you are unauthorised to send to them.

The remote server issued the error and their chosen code - search/ask them why that remote server (service host) issued the response.

You should log it in Github. I think it should still be loopcount checking which should be the default option when forwarding something to itself (which in this case it is).

In my experience it's fair to note that any address that is included in a distribution list still gets a delivery even if it was the original sender. So although your question is a valid one it is often not a concern for most. (I certainly know this is how exchange works.)
