The oMessage property will be unknown unless you place the Call command in the correct subroutine.

Move the call command to OnAcceptMessage section.

No.

The ini is and always should be in the bin directory of the hmailserver program directory (as stated.)

As for the service you can manually change that to manual start-up type if you wish.

Presumably in the external download you have the 'deliver to mime recipients' ticked to get them delivered to the real accounts. So have you tried just sticking an account rule in to delete emails? (I dont know if the real account emails will be deleted or delivered before the delete rule is trigger...

You have been given an explanation. If you are unwilling to accept it as the cause and require definitive explanation then you should be asking the admins of the server that it rejecting you as to why they are issuing you the temporary rejection. Then you will know what to do different.

Look at the database file in C:\Program Files (x86)\hMailServer\Database and check it has full access permissions to the user that the hmailserver service is running under (usually SYSTEM ).

That is standard. Thats how email exchanges work and hms will be doing it automatically (otherwise it would never be sending emails).
