Imagine your website getting hacked or hit with a virus.

No authentication means more spam to the rest of us.

No one can force you but it will ALWAYS be best practice to use authentication except from external to local.

You are the recipients. Paste the full text of the STMPD log (as shown in the above log) in to the thread here (as text, not an image) . Currently unable to replicate, however mail logs clearly show mail being sent via a route when the recipient is not a domain of the route, only the sender is.

You have a routing problem where you have directed your port 25 outbound traffic to your own mail server. Check your firewall routing.

Why are you ignoring this:
Auto-Submitted header
These are on the incoming email and there isn't anything you can do. Hmailserver will not forward auto generated emails (eg auto replies)

Iis smtp advice needs to be uninstalled to be sure. It isn't first time we have seen this scenario where they stopped the service and think it should be ok but it only works after its been uninstalled.

There is coded no mail size limit in the import in hmailserver. This restriction is specific to your machine. Check your environment.
