Dds will not help you with these if these are outbound emails generated by yourselves. Are you sue that they get delivered and are simply residue or not? I still think your logs have the answer. They look suspicious. Almost as if they were delivered (smtp data) but then terminated instead of ending correctly conservation correctly (therefore will not be submitted for delivery). Run the report, yes. (We never assume anything without seeing it). That said it would be useful to see debug level logging for such an event too so we can see what is happening (if you can reproduce it) . Without this it isn't possible to judge.

When I do a port scan I see port 110/25 as open. But the 465/995 is not. Why? My guess is that you are incorrect in believing you have the ports open in your firewall and port forwarding. My money is on this: Windows Firewall (McAfee) Only by turning off completely all firewalls and av software's can you properly rule them out. If they are connecting as those addresses then they are in your business (dodgy employee or virus). Connecting addresses are not spoofed.
