I mostly only care about stopping the mass mailing viruses which are almost always small.

I am less concerned with other viruses that might be emailed between users by accident because they don't impact my server and will usually be taken care of by the end user's anti-virus.

On the route that was created, I told hmail to treat it as external. You probably want to mark it as local, so it doesn't require authentication to send to these specific accounts. The easiest option that I know of is just to recreate all the accounts in hMailServer and then use IMAPCopy to copy the mails from Exchange to hMailServer.
