Even I set skip_rbl_checks 1 in local.cf and restart service. I still seee rbl checks in mail header. What is the way of complete disabling rbl check in spamassian?

Hi,
With DNSBL, I can only create domain based block list. But with SA, I can create more flexible rule sets right?
What I am not sure about is, hmailserver will only add - point with results of SA, so how can I completelt reject mail with result point of sa? Very high point results?

Remote rule set.
I am managing many hmailserver. Thanks to developers. But when I need to add a rule set to block certain mails, I need to add it to each server. Is there a way to use global block list for domain and also rule for mails containing certain words?

Thank you for great answer. But does host headers still be used by many domains like mail.domain1.com mail.domain2.com mail.domain3.com with one ip (ip will also be used for websites) to pointing to webmail folder.

When I build a windows server, I always make webmail url in format of mail.domain.com. But this requires a seperate ip in iis. Is it possible to use share ip so I can only use one ip in server for both websites and webmail url.

Nope. More weird things is, this is only happening for email from ONE specific mail account

I will double check. But I set a temp password so user can not access system. Mails still goes to junk. This is so weird. When I check mail headers, I see no spam reason. It is all clear.

Internal mail goes to junk.
Whatever I tried, one internal mail to other internal mail, lands in junk folder. Even I disable all spam checks, add it to whitelist, create rule does not work. I also enabled all logging and nothing in logs.

On window's telnet, there is no -b switch support. So you can not set outbound ip to connect to.

I am not only one that can not determine which rbl blocked my ip because of those unclear bounce backs. And there is not way to find it out from hmail logs.

What do you mean "run your details"? Do you mean to lookup ip in that lists? Or lookup bounce back text in the list to determine which rbl list? All rbl caused bounce back mails come from hmailserver server right? What happens after I get a bounce back is, I look up ip in main rbl list but sometimes...

Some bounce back mails is not clear enough to say which rbl server blocked ip. ( Forexample: 550 Mail is blocked ) How can I find out which server blocked me so I can request delist?

You know what! Thanks a lot. This will really help me lot. I tested it and it works as expected. Lately I am fighting lots of spam issue because of client based viruses those steals users password.

Assume a.com and b.com is on hmail. I then move b.com to some other server (not hmail) but keep old copy on hmail. When a.com's user send an email to b.com's user, hmail first looks at its own database then tries to deliver to there which will then fail. Because b.com's real mx are already forwaring...

Not sure but heard that some client are sending some documents so probably have attachments but not sure about the sizes. I enabled logging and when there is a stuck I will update the thread. No common thing. They are different.

But I need to find out what cause them to stuck in queue. Probably they are being delievered and also stuck in queue. I enabled logging and reduce retry time to 2 and 15 minutes in between retries. And just waiting for a new stuck in queue. Hope it will give a clue..

I just checked some other hmail server and there are mails created 11 days ago in mail queue. So it is ilke hmail does not complete delivery. Any suggestion?

Client complain about they mails are re-delievered. Not just delievered. It is like hmail re-send those mail. Do you think, next time I can catch them in queue before I make a restart?
