It would be alot easier if you used specifics.

What i got from this is the mail goes to a gmail account, and a program is grabbing the email from gmail and sending it to your hmailserver.

It that statement is correct it is your 3rd party program rewriting the headers.

What are you trying to do?

Hey Martin.

--When debug logging is enabled this problem does not happen.
-I add the 10th blacks list and i get a Run-time error '35602' - Key is not unique in collection. At this stage there is nothing in the error log.

got to the bottom, this seems to be a bug i only have 1 system to test it on. If you add 10 dnsbl servers hmailserver admin corrupts a table and causes this problem. Manually removeing the server to bring it below 10 and repairing the tables fixes it.
