Re: DNS error messages in log
Disabling STARTTLS on outgoing SMTP deliveries did not fix the problem for me. Was that what you guys did, or did you change a different TLS option?
As per normal, the errors went away after restarting the service, but came back a few minutes later.

As far as I'm concerned those are just informational log lines telling you what some other server has returned. I just figured out what's up. These sendouts are bounce messages. Listening on 0.0.0.0 means that it is listening on all available IP addresses, which is fine. Next thing to check would be the IP range settings - are they at the default? If in doubt, there is a "Default" button that resets them. If you aren't sure, you can post a screenshot of the current settings.

This is interesting - perhaps it could be implemented as a tickbox: 'Allow authentication on this port'. And, if it is disabled and a client tries to Auth, hMailServer could disconnect them with an 'Invalid Command' message.

This is by design, to prevent an excess of files in one folder. The automatic folder names are the first 2 letters of the GUID which is used in the name of the .eml file, so there will never be more than 256 folders per user. This behavior cannot be changed.
