Re: DKIM vs DomainKeys
Nope it wasn't DKIM 100%. Reason 1 is that it says it's passed and its not confusing it. Reason 2 is it didn't work even when I didn't have DKIM setup, one of the reasons I did set it up is to get pass spam. I did however fill out two applications at microsoft and yahoo to be added to the whitelist....

Re: DKIM vs DomainKeys
Nothing is failing. Besides DomainKeys which isnt set shows as neutral. Yahoo shows pass on SPF and DKIM, hotmail doesn't show anything at all about authentication.

Hmail not signing messages [I think]
Here's the test done on port25.com If I understood the test correctly the server is not signing the messages. Or is it something else? This is really bugging me since I must be the one doing something wrong and I normally try to find the cause of the problem myself but here I just tried everything. ...

Re: Slow transfer speed
I've noticed what was the problem with NOD it was that it had been scanning the Hmailserver folder. I've added it on the exclude list, so now it works. I've tried tho to add it to "External virus scanner" looks like this "C:\Program Files\ESET\ESET NOD32 Antivirus\ecls.exe" /quit /ah /delete /arch+ ...

Re: Slow transfer speed
Tried to reinstall Nod32 and was looking for that thing you said, but didnt get any notice. And it doesnt work again, so I'll have to uninstall again. Any AV you'd recommend that would work on a Windows Server platform, a free one would be nice. Avast requires you buy server edition for 500USD a yea...

Re: Slow transfer speed
I can't believe it :D It works. This is a lesson well learned. Always check compatibility list. I just can't believe that it actually worked. You cant imagine how thankful I am. Thankful enough to say that if you're ever in Europe, Italy, Croatia, or just any country around Slovenia, send me an E-Ma...

Re: Slow transfer speed
Well I never did anything to the IMAP settings on Hmailserver just SMTP where I added mail.mydomain.com to local host name. The one I aded to host file in drivers/etc/host. Same goes for the clients. It's just wierd that over SMTP it goes so fast and IMAP is so damn slow. :| I checked the settings o...

Re: Slow transfer speed
Yes I use IMAP. Is there anything specific I should look at? About the localhost thing, if it doesn't effect the outgoing/incoming traffic its fine, I barely ever try to access anything over localhost on the server. But I did already add mail.domain.com to the host file to link to 127.0.0.1 Thanks f...

So its like this, I write a mail, if its just text it happens so fast I dont even see it. But if it has an attachment it first starts sending the mail and then after it's already sent it starts a long prosses of "Sending message to sent folder..." and takes about 3-4 minutes for a 6MB attachment. Slow transfer speed
I'm having a problem. I use Roundcube and Thunderbird as clients. Thunderbird takes ages to save the attachment I've already sent. Roundcube just times-out. The recipient already receives the e-mail while I'm still saving it to the server. Not really sure how this works but it seems wrong :? I cant ...
