Gubert, are you sure that greylisting is working. Do you have responses from your HMS such as "Please try again later" in the log?
To enable greylisting you have to check 2 (two) checkboxes: one in greylisting and one in domain settings

Now, the only solution to prepare domain at HMS which is configured already in DNSes as external, is to change the name ie. myseconddomain.temp.
