If you only want a free AV try Microsoft Security Essentials http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials

OK, my attach size is at 40MB, so could this error possibly be because ClamAV was set too low? Quite unlikely because EICAR is much smaller than 40MB :) Also a larger attachment than the StreamMaxLength setting should not cause a error.
